Juice Production Line

Comark juice production line is mainly applicable to tea, juice, including milk drinks, functional drinks, etc. We have two filling temperatures for your reference .one is hot filling 85-90 degree, another one is middle temperature 68-72 degree.

The standard type of filling machine is "3 in 1", which is integrated with washing filling and capping. For special production conditions, it can also add a sterilizing bottle, that is, "4 in 1". The production capacity can reach 2500-36000 b/h, It is suitable for round or square bottles. We can adjust them according to your requirements. Process Line

1、Auto shrink packing machine

1> Compact &artistic shape. The frame is novel, unique.
2> Electronic induction feeding film, action is balanced and quickly replacing film.
3> Isothermal sealing cutter .The seal intensity is above cooling sealing cutter 3 times, the seal is even and the life is above cooling sealing cutter 80 times.
4> Transport system with speed regulation by frequency variation, the transmission action is precise and synchro.
5> The shrinkage chamber uses centrifugal thermal air circulation system, configuration is logical, heat insulation heat preservation, thermostat precision is high and the packing effect is better.
2、Shrink sleeve labeling machine

1> The mainly used for container labeling cylindrical, square or other special shapes of detergents, beverages, mineral water, food, etc.
2> Labeling machine is controlled by PLC touch screen, all-electric eyes are using imported advanced configuration.
3> High speed, high accuracy, stable performance.
4> Easy to operate and look elegant appearance.
3、Bottle washing filling and capping machine

1> Water filling line production capacity is usual in 1,000-36,000bph, 0.25-2.5L PET bottles are available.
2> Water filling line can apply to fill natural spring water, purified water, carbonated water, flavored water into PET bottle by changing few spare parts.
3> Automatic water filling machine adopts rinsing, filling and capping 3-in-1 technology, PLC control, touch screen. It is mainly made of SUS304/ SUS316.
4> Pivotal electrical parts adopt Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS for water filling production line.
5> The whole production filling line accuracy is more or less than 1%.
4、Water treatment system

It is mainly composed of the following equipments:
1> Pre-treatment system (water tank / multi-medium filter / active carbon filter / ion exchanger / precious filter)
2> Membrane separation system (ultrafilter / nanometer filter / RO reverse osmosis system)
3> Electrodialysis device / Sterilization system (UV device, ozone device) product water tank and so on.
4> Used for pure water, mineral water and other bottled water，water for food and beverage production.
5、PET bottle blow molding machine

1> Blow moulding machine 1,000-24,000bph, and 0.25-2L PET bottles are available.
2> It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle, etc.
3> The man-machine interface is highly automated and easy to operate.
4> The compact machine occupies a smaller area.
5> The simple slide-in way of mold mounting makes it possible for the operators to change molds easily within 30 minutes.
