The machine combines washing, filling and capping three function in a body, used to produce plastic bottled carbonated soft drink, sparkling water and soda water machinery. The whole process is automatic. Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, making the speed faster and more stable, so with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient. The DCGF series bottled carbonated beverage filling line can achieve different output: 2000 / 4000 / 6000 / 8000 / 10000 / 12000 / 16000 /18000 /20000 / 24000 BPH.
1. Adopting air conveyor system with high efficient filter to feed bottle keeps the inside of the filling machine clean.
2. It has bottle neck holding in the whole course and protect bottle block device.
3.The bottle feeding method with the air duct and the bottle feeding wheel directly connected.
4. The transition dial adopts a bottle-mouth stainless steel dial.

1.Efficient centrifugal cap sorting method, with less cap abrasion.
2.The cap-dropping rail is equipped with a mechanism for preventing the reverse cap from passing through and removing the cap. When there is no cap on the cap-dropping rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of uncapped bottles.
3.The cap sorting device is equipped with a cap missing detection mechanism, which is used to control the start and stop of the bottle cap elevator.
4.Magnetic constant torque capping head, the capping effect is stable and reliable, and the capping defective rate is less than 0.2%.
