The RCGF series beverage filling machine integrates bottle washing, water filling and capping into one monobloc, and the three processes are carried out full automatically. It is used in the hot filling for fruit juice, tea drink, energy drink and other no carbonated drink beverage. It is equipped with perfect temperature control system, reverse-flow system, automatic cleaning system and control program. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high quality stainless steel and food-grade rubber. No bottle no filling, and no bottle no capping, automatic and easy operation. It adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster and easier. The main filling machine adopts advanced PLC control technology.
1. Using company original tilting bottle clip and bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, which can avoid pollution that may result from the rubber clip on traditional bottle. Bottle clip is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is healthy and durable.
2. Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water can be sprayed in a particular angle, which can clean any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
1. The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connected with the thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
2. The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.

1.Efficient centrifugal cap sorting method, with less cap abrasion.
2.The cap-dropping rail is equipped with a mechanism for preventing the reverse cap from passing through and removing the cap. When there is no cap on the cap-dropping rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of uncapped bottles.
3.The cap sorting device is equipped with a cap missing detection mechanism, which is used to control the start and stop of the bottle cap elevator.
4.Magnetic constant torque capping head, the capping effect is stable and reliable, and the capping defective rate is less than 0.2%.

Water Treatment System
