BRIEF LINE SOLUTION

3-5 gallon water production line consists of empty bottle transferring, automatic cap de-capper, automatic barrel external brushing machine, bottle brushing, rinsing filling capping, light checker, neck shrinker, bagging, full bottle transferring and pallitizer. High degree of automation, easy operation and stable operation, effectively saving costs and improving production efficiency.

Description

It is specially used for filling 3 gallon to 5 gallon bottled water.

The machine is designed for bottles such as PVC, PE, PET etc. It can be used for different shapes of bottles.

The machine line with stainless steel rinse nozzles, pressure filling valve, screw capper, hot steam film shrinkage machine for top quality line.

Filling time is controlled by the PLC.

The machine adopts high quality stainless steel frame(No. Z304).

Blow molding machine

This blow molding machine is specially designed to produce 5 gallon PET bottles.

During production, operator just need to put heated preform into the blow mold and press the switch, then computer will take care of the whole procedure.

Water treatment system

3 in 1 washing filling capping machine

Steam Shrinking and Labeling Machine

The matching conveyor chain of the heat shrinking machine can adjust the linear speed steplessly or adapt to different speeds to achieve the best heat shrinking effect. The shrinking machine is equipped with an adjustable temperature controller, which has uniform heat shrinkage, stable operation and low failure rate.
